The Rosecroft Village Homeowners Association (RVHOA) is a not-for-profit corporation, created in 1987, and made up of volunteer homeowners elected by the homeowners. The purpose of the Board of Directors (elected by the Rosecroft homeowners) is to maintain, protect, and enhance the property values in the Rosecroft community.
The RVHOA works to foster a sense of community within Rosecroft Village and improve the quality of life in Rosecroft Village. The Association maintains the common areas which helps to increase the property values. The Homowners Association operates under covenants, and rules which address issues such as architectural guideline changes, parking, fences, and pets.
The RVHOA is committed to open communication with homeowners and residents by circulating quarterly newsletters, and encourages the use of our website (www.rosecroftvillage.com). All Board meetings are open to homeowners and residents.
The Board meets on the 2nd Thursday of alternative months, January, March, May, July, September, November, at 7:00 pm, in the multipurpose room at Barnaby Manor Elementary school.
Our management company, Potomac Valley Management, was hired because their philosophy mirrors our Association's with a focus on “enhancing the financial condition, quality of life and appearance” of the Rosecroft Village community.
RVHOA takes pride in the team work of the Board and committees, its leadership abilities, and the success shown in the upkeep of our community. The Board is continually seeking new volunteers to help with this work either by serving either on the Board or on one of several committees -- Architectural Control, Newsletter, and Social Committees.
Remember, the goal of our Homeowners Association is to enhance Rosecroft Village and promote a safe living environmental for all, and to establish our community as one of the more desirable neighborhoods in Prince Georges County!
